The process begins with an interview style survey of employees. Your team can feel safe in sharing and the conversation builds a comprehensive picture of the current culture of your team and business. The resulting “Report of Findings” will include a powerful list of identified issues with specific actions prescribed to correct each one. This report becomes your customized roadmap.
Group Training & Facilitation
For groups of up to 8 individuals who have similar barriers or who are working towards related outcomes. Group training and facilitation can help improve individuals but will also benefit a team. Each participant learns from the others as they experience success. Individual members hold each other accountable for weekly action steps. Sessions will be held via Zoom.
Team Building
Similar to group coaching, team building focuses more specifically on working effectively together and will dramatically improve the culture of your organization.
