Yes. Family business strategy is a core specialty. Kirsten helps leaders navigate challenging family dynamics and create a smooth transition from the "Now Generation" to the "Next Gen," so the business builds value and thrives through generations while family relationships stay healthy.
The Team Assessment begins with an interview-style survey of your employees in a safe space where they can share openly. Those conversations build a comprehensive picture of your team's current culture. You then receive a "Report of Findings" which is a list of the specific issues identified, each paired with prescribed actions to correct it. That report becomes your customized roadmap for building a higher-performing team.
Kirsten has facilitated difficult conversations for 30 years. These sessions help participants understand why communication has been breaking down and give them specific strategies to move forward. Typical outcomes include a better understanding of the issues, clear commitments to one another, stronger listening and speaking skills, and improved mutual respect.
Yes. Group coaching is available for groups of up to eight people who share similar barriers or goals, with sessions held via Zoom or in person. Team building goes a step further, focusing on how members work together to improve communication, build better processes, reduce workplace drama, and strengthen the culture of your organization. She also offers customized leadership team training.
Most coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom. In person are available in her office based in New Hudson, Michigan. The best way to confirm the format that fits you is to mention your preference on your Discovery Call.
